Sound, comms & show networks for stages that can't afford to fail.
Reynolds Live designs and runs the audio, communications, network and streaming systems behind international tours, festivals, theatre and broadcast — and builds the software to manage them when off-the-shelf tools don't cut it.
Four disciplines. One team.
Audio, comms, and network aren't separate departments on a Reynolds Live show — they're one system, designed and run by people who understand how each depends on the others.
System Design & Engineering
FOH, monitors, and full system design and optimization for stages from theatre pits to stadium bowls.
Intercom & Communications
Design, deployment and management of production comms — so every department hears exactly what it needs to, the moment it matters.
Network & Systems Infrastructure
The data backbone tying audio, video, lighting and comms together — built to survive a load-in, not just a lab test.
Broadcast & Streaming
From a single-camera corporate livestream to Olympic broadcast comms — engineered to go out live, once, correctly.
Selected work
A working history across arenas, stadiums, festivals, West End theatre and global broadcast.
Built in-house, on the road
When the right tool for a job doesn't exist, we build it. Both of these came out of real problems on real tours — not a product roadmap.
CASELOG
A live, shared truck-loading manifest built to solve a real load-out problem: knowing what's on which truck, in real time, from any phone — no shouted headcounts.
- QR scan-to-load, live across the whole crew
- Pre-departure check flags anything still missing
- Smart QR labels double as lost-case recovery
COMMDESK
A live comms directory and device manager — who's on what channel, on what device, with self-service key requests instead of an email chain.
- Searchable directory, live across the whole team
- Device swap, fault, and check-in/out logging
- Self-service key & frequency requests via QR
Jonathan "JR" Reynolds
Reynolds Live is built around one specialist: JR started in the industry at 17, working his way up through warehouse and onsite crew work before going freelance in 2008 — now 15+ years of hands-on live production across music, theatre, and broadcast.
Working through Britannia Row Productions, Solotech, Clair Global, and Gareth Owen Sound — delivering audio, comms, and streaming across arenas, stadiums, West End theatre, and global broadcast, for artists including P!NK, Beyoncé, and most recently Chris Brown & Usher.
Comfortable as the person running FOH, the person keeping 150 crew members talking to each other on show day, or the person designing the network that ties it all together — because on a modern tour, those three problems are rarely separate.
